This unit is located in the back of the building on the ground level. It offers a nice ocean view to the south and shares the common oceanfront patio with the two other units.
Cozy living area with an oceanview, Cable TV, DVD and a queen sofa sleeper. This unit is located in a great area of South Mission Beach and offers 2 car tandem parking for 2 small cars or one larger SUV.
Dining area just off of the kitchen that opens into the living area keeps is open and spacious! This unit can be rented with the front 2 bedroom 1 bath oceanfront and also our 5 bedroom 3 bathroom La Playa Grande upstairs. Perfect for family reunions or several families traveling together. Kitchen complete with coffee maker, dishware and flatware and dishwasher.

Outside oceanfront deck offers a picnic table for each unit and a charcoal grill. Sand volleyball courts are right on the beach. All new furnishings and beds were installed May 2008 in this wonderful beach house.

Offered with 2 garages (no Suburban’s) will sleep up to 10 guests. Large common patio for all 3 units. Perfect for that big family reunion. This is an economy Oceanfront and right by the volley ball nets in South Mission Beach. Exterior was renovated in 2007 and all new windows were installed at that time. New beds and new furniture were installed May 2008!

The kitchen area offers microwave, coffee maker, stove, refrigerator, dishes and flatware, glassware, blender, and dishwasher.
The first bedroom on the south side offers a king size bed and an additional TV. There is a fabulous oceanview also from this bedroom!! The main bathroom can be accessed easily from this bedroom! View…. 27″ Cable TV in this room.
The next bedroom offers 2 twin beds and another fabulous oceanview!! Through the kitchen there is a back den area. This area offers a queen futon and seating area. There is also a back entrance located here and a washer and dryer for your convenience.
There are 3 more rooms and 2 more bathrooms located in the back portion of the house. First bedroom offers another king bed and oceanview! 2nd bedroom offers a queen size bed and a side oceanview!
There is a full bathroom between the 2nd and 3rd back bedrooms with a tub and shower. Ther 3rd back bedroom (5th bedroom) offers 2 twin beds and access to another bathroom with a shower which can also be accessed by the den!
This home has many returning guests… perfect for larger groups and a discount will apply when renting all 3 units!!

Our La Playa house is South Mission Beach at it’s best! This home is available during summer months and offers a great location, lots of room inside and outside and just 100 short steps to the boardwalk on the beachfront in desirable South Mission Beach. This 3 bedroom 2 bath townhome will accommodate up to 8 guests. This home offer wireless internet access. The spacious main living area offers an open kitchen, breakfast bar and queen futon and opens up to the beautiful private patio area. There is a hall that leads to two bedrooms. One room is set with a queen bed and the other is ready up for the kids!

The living area is open into a kitchen area that has a great breakfast bar complete with 4 bar stools. The kitchen offer a dishwasher and all you will need to prepare you family dinners. There is a seating area in the living room just off the french doors and under the spiral staircase which leads to the master bedroom. The living area also offers a queen futon, Cable TV, and DVD player. Up the stairs is a spacious master bedroom furnished with a King Size Bed. This room offers an additional Television and a private bathroom. It is bright and airy with a private balcony retreat, perfect to enjoy the ocean breeze. The newly remodeled upstairs bathroom offers a large shower with lovely tavertine tile and glass shower doors. The outside patio is fully tiled and fenced. The french doors open onto the patio allowing for the living area and outdoor area to flow seamlessly. The outside patio wraps around the house. It is fully tiled and fenced in. A 10 ft gate adds privacy from the parking area and the entry door. This patio offers a Teak patio set complete with an umbrella and gas BBQ grill for your use. This waterfront cottage on the bay is perfect for a relaxing get away or family vacation. The large windows in the living area highlight the bayfront lifestyle. Watch sail boats wander by, families out for a stroll, or sunrise…. and the Seaworld fireworks!
The cottage is available year round. Offers TV, VCR,DVD and CD stereo. The front patio is so wonderful you will want to enjoy all of your meals cooked on the gas grill. The patio is fenced in for the littles ones and this prime location offers 2 parking spots. One garage for smaller vehicle and a space for a larger vehicle on the side of the house. Located between Capistrano Place and Cohassett Court right on the bayfront.
One bedroom offers a King bed and a 2nd TV. There is a bathroom, with shower only ,that has an entrance from the bed room and also the hall so it can be easily accessed by both bedrooms.
The second bedroom offers twin bunkbeds and an additional bed for a total of three beds. There is also a washer and dryer inside the home. The light and bright kitchen area is complete with microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster. Cookware, dishware and all of the kitchen necessities are included. This beach house also has full plastic dishware for patio dining. The dining area is off of the kitchen and open into the living area with a view of the bayfront.

This home is charming and one of the original California cottages on the bay. Come and enjoy the bayfront and all it has to offer. It is just a short walk to the Pacific Ocean. This cottage is available year round.
