* HOLD HARMLESS: MissionBeachRentals.Net does not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property. Neither do we accept liability for any loss or damage caused by tenants, their guests, weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond its control.

I understand this is a referral agreement, and not a management agreement. I am responsible for returning tenant deposits and payment of the City Occupancy Tax. I do not hold MissionBeachRentals.Net liable for any funds, once they are released.

I also understand that MissionBeachRentals.Net is not liable for any issues arising between tenant and owner in regards to the rental rate, or Deposit withheld. It is the responsibility of the Owner to return the deposit in a timely manner, as well as account for any portion of the deposit withheld.

There is a merchant service charge (currently 3.5% of total credit card transaction) That is charged to the owner for any guest paying by credit card
