Capri by the Sea is a unique, 12 story high-rise condominium building located on the beach in beautiful San Diego, California. This property is available year-round. We offer a 3 night minimum Sept to May. One week minimum for summer season and also over the Holidays. We do not accommodate arrivals on a holiday at this time. Capri also features 24 hour security, reserved parking a private swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna and barbeque grills Fabulous Oceanfront building located in Pacific Beach.

Pacific Beach is actually the Northen part of Mission Beach. The only difference is that Mission Bay is not within walking. The views are amazing from this 8th floor condo. The condo is set up to accommodate up to 4 guests. May allow 5 but you need to inquire. This is a secure building with an underground parking garage that can accommodate a compact to midsize SUV. Call for measurements if you have a larger vehicle or just to be sure you can fit! 6’6″ for Ht. Clearance. The Condo complex offers a lobby area and elevator to your 8th floor, the parking garage, and the outdoor common area. The common area for the building offers Gas BBQ on a first come usuage. There is also a lovely swimming pool and jacuzzi located in the rear of the building. The property is fully equipped for meal preparation. There is a Cable TV in the living area along with amazing views of the ocean and sunsets. The bedroom is set up with 2 queen beds or you can utilitize the sofa sleeper for privacy. The bathroom offers a full bath and shower. This one bedroom is very spacious and offers great views from the kitchen, dining, and living areas. There is a very small balcony that the sliding glass doors open onto. The Oceanbreeze keeps this condo cool even in our few warmer weeks of summer. Because of the balcony .. this home is not recommended for guests with toddlers.

Located on the 2nd floor of this 8 unit complex with a private roof top deck exclusive for your use on the waters edge in Mission Beach at Isthmus Court and Oceanfront Walk. This home offers high speed wireless internet access .

The open kitchen is complete with microwave, dishwasher, cookware, dishware, and even an oceanview. It opens to the living area and looks out at the ocean. The dining area is right next to the kitchen with table seating for four. There is a breakfast bar with additional bar-stool seating that looks into the kitchen.
Watch the sunset and sip on your beverage of choice from the private roof top deck perfect for outdoor dining. Gas BBQ and patio seating…..watch the fireworks from Sea World in the summer time and the gorgeous sunsets year-round! We also offer two beach cruiser bicycles, two boogie boards, and beach chairs for your enjoyment. The living area is cozy with the best view of all. You can put your feet up and watch the sunset, listen to the sound of the surf when you open the window , or just people watch right from the queen sleeper sofa.
There is cable television with a DVD in the living area. There is a view from the 1st bedroom with a queen size bed. This bed was replaced in May of 2009 & the box spring in November of 2009. There are 2 BRAND NEW twin beds (as of March 2010) in the second bedroom along with a small Television that also has a DVD for the little ones!!
This condominium was built in 2001. It is a newer building and offers some of the best views in Mission Beach.
There is a full-size bathroom with a tub/shower. There is also a stackable washer/dryer located inside the condo. There is parking for one vehicle and the garage is 17 feet long and 7 feet wide. The height is not an issue. If you have a larger group we also have properties that are within walking to this condo so you can rent them together!

This unit is located in the back of the building on the ground level. It offers a nice ocean view to the south and shares the common oceanfront patio with the two other units.
Cozy living area with an oceanview, Cable TV, DVD and a queen sofa sleeper. This unit is located in a great area of South Mission Beach and offers 2 car tandem parking for 2 small cars or one larger SUV.
Dining area just off of the kitchen that opens into the living area keeps is open and spacious! This unit can be rented with the front 2 bedroom 1 bath oceanfront and also our 5 bedroom 3 bathroom La Playa Grande upstairs. Perfect for family reunions or several families traveling together. Kitchen complete with coffee maker, dishware and flatware and dishwasher.

Outside oceanfront deck offers a picnic table for each unit and a charcoal grill. Sand volleyball courts are right on the beach. All new furnishings and beds were installed May 2008 in this wonderful beach house.

Offered with 2 garages (no Suburban’s) will sleep up to 10 guests. Large common patio for all 3 units. Perfect for that big family reunion. This is an economy Oceanfront and right by the volley ball nets in South Mission Beach. Exterior was renovated in 2007 and all new windows were installed at that time. New beds and new furniture were installed May 2008!

The first bedroom on the south side offers a king size bed and an additional TV. There is a fabulous oceanview also from this bedroom!! The main bathroom can be accessed easily from this bedroom! View…. 27″ Cable TV in this room.
The next bedroom offers 2 twin beds and another fabulous oceanview!! Through the kitchen there is a back den area. This area offers a queen futon and seating area. There is also a back entrance located here and a washer and dryer for your convenience.
There are 3 more rooms and 2 more bathrooms located in the back portion of the house. First bedroom offers another king bed and oceanview! 2nd bedroom offers a queen size bed and a side oceanview!
There is a full bathroom between the 2nd and 3rd back bedrooms with a tub and shower. Ther 3rd back bedroom (5th bedroom) offers 2 twin beds and access to another bathroom with a shower which can also be accessed by the den!
This home has many returning guests… perfect for larger groups and a discount will apply when renting all 3 units!!
